Annotating and Structuring Documents

Documents consist of a sequence of descriptive paragraphs, execution groups, spreadsheets and embedded graphics.  These components can be reorganized into a hierarchical structure based on sections and subsections. Reference markers, called bookmarks, can be placed throughout the document and hyperlinks can be used to jump from place to place in a document, or to a location in a separate document. The following paragraph is an example of a hyperlink that jumps from the current location to the beginning of this document.
